Knights of Columbus

Council 7891

Who Are the Knights?

The Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic family fraternal service organization, with more than 1.6 million members worldwide. At its heart, the Knights are Catholic men committed to putting their faith into action through charity, service, faith, and fraternity.

Being a Knight is about much more than membership. It is an opportunity to grow in faith, build lasting friendships, strengthen our families, serve our parish and community, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

The Knights provide countless opportunities for members and their families to participate in charitable and service activities that support the Catholic Church, our communities, families, and young people. Members may also have access to exclusive financial and insurance benefits through the Knights of Columbus’ Catholic-focused insurance program.

Serving Holy Spirit Catholic Church

The Knights of Columbus Council 7891 is proud to serve Holy Spirit Catholic Church and our surrounding community. Our Knights are an active and vital part of parish life, volunteering their time, talents, and energy to support a wide variety of faith-filled and community-focused activities.

Throughout the year, our council helps organize and support many parish and community events, including:

  • Pancake breakfasts

  • Holiday pierogi sales

  • Special Olympics

  • Christmas wreath sales supporting seminarians

  • Saturday morning men’s prayer group

  • Parish picnic

  • Keep Christ in Christmas Poster Contest

  • Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge

  • And many other parish, charitable, and community activities

Through these efforts, our Knights strive to live out the call to serve others, strengthen our families, support our parish, and share our Catholic faith.

Come Be Part of Something Meaningful

The Knights of Columbus are an important part of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church family, and every Catholic man age 18 or older is welcome and encouraged to join us.

Whether you have been looking for a way to become more involved in your parish, deepen your faith, meet other Catholic men, serve your community, or simply lend a helping hand, there is a place for you among the Knights.
